MEDICAL SCRIBING
A Medical Scribe is an assistant to the healthcare professional or a doctor who documents the real time encounters between a doctor and a patient. These records are kept electronically in Electronic Health Records or EHRs for better future use. By recording every important features events including, treatment procedure, the scribe allows the doctor to focus on the patient care. 
An EHR or Electronic Health Records is the collection of patient information in digital form. EHRs may include medical history, medications, allergies. lab test results, personal information like age, weight and other important information on a page.
